he was on the decline ever since the day we signed him….falling in the box against birmingham and chelsea….and with one on ones with the keepers he always bottled it….ended up passing it!!!!……we got him on a free…a player back then worth 10m or so!

didn’t quite cut the mustard at arsenal!

You have a good blog.

Good analysis in the article. Since you wrote this we have beaten Everton and Aston Villa, so now we only need 12 points in 8 games at 1.5 points per game to reach 70 points.

I don’t think that would be quite enough to secure 3rd place, so the aim should be at least 75 points, which seems like a reasonable target. The maximum we can get is 82.

The way this team is playing, and with only the league games left (meaning plenty of rest between games), I can see us picking up 20 points in the last 8 games, finishing at 78.

If we can finish within 10 points of the leaders I would be satisfied.

I am in the process of creating a feed of all the Arsenal blogs I can find in the world, so the fans can check out the posts from every Arsenal website in the one place. think our trip to the swamp to face you guys will not be as straight forward as some people seem to think it is a derby game after all and form goes out the window. You guys are pretty shit at the moment so no real fun in taking the piss should be a good game at the weekend they usually are. My money is on a draw or a narrow Spurs win but as Im not an oracle nor guru its hard to call it for sure.

Arsenal on the road in the next 5 days, 2 important matches, all away. The 2 can shape our destiny this season. I am not a lover Serie A. I only watch their big matches. Matches between Milan, Inter, Juve and Roman. Bcos of our matches against them, i started watching them in recent time. Milan is a very good team with a lot of experienced players. They are inform but we can knock them out. We have the pace and faster. I can see Walcott, Ox and Gevinho as the heroes of the 2 legs. For Sunderland game, we can make it too. What d coach needs to do is to rotate. Up Arsenaaal.

Wenger needs to play his most attacking team against AC. We need AOC and Walcott to play, Gervinho can fill in on Sunday with Arshavin. I think Rosicky is storming and needs to play and Ramsey can play Sunday.
Need that away goal cushion. A draw at Sunderland still takes it back to the Emerates.

Martin will be all fired up for the FA cup.Expect a high tempo game by Sunderland.Don’t forget the cl game coul d have sapped the gunners energy. No matter waht the show must go on..This is the chance for the fringe players to move up a notch.
There is no reason why the gunners can’t win,maybe after a replay.he thing is Martin’s style is paly it tight and hit on the counter.the gunners must not squander thc hances and stop the passing by a few passes and shoot. Ramsey scored from a rebound.
